WHat to expect DURING SESSIONS
Are you so sick of being unhappy you're ready for change? This discomfort can become your catalyst for growth. I will be there to support you, to teach you skills you might not already know, and help you strengthen the skills you already have. I promise to give you 100%, even when you don’t feel 100%, because I believe you deserve to live the life you want.
You will receive support and acceptance in our sessions; I will genuinely listen and ask questions to increase awareness and understanding. However, I am not a “smile and nod” therapist or an advice giver. I will guide and encourage you to grow with each session. We'll identify goals, including small steps to work on between sessions. I will help you hold yourself accountable to honor your goals as we work together to reach them.
