A 55-minute individual session is $100; couples/family sessions are $125. Cash, Card, or HSA accepted. Non-cash payments are automatically made through the client portal after each session.

Yes! I offer In-Person sessions at my office in the Mesa/Gilbert community,  and Telehealth sessions are available to anyone living in Arizona. Many of my clients switch between scheduling In-Person and Telehealth sessions depending on what will work best for them.

At this time, I work with adults and teenagers, or pre-teens; clients age 12 and older.

Contact me to schedule a 15-minute consultation so we can discuss your needs and expectations. If you decide I’ll be a good fit for you,  we’ll schedule your first appointment. I’ll gather some information and email you a link to your personal Client Portal. In the Client Portal are some documents to complete and sign prior to our first appointment; completing the forms usually takes 10-15 minutes.

When beginning therapy services, the initial session will focus on establishing treatment goals by gathering information on your background, current life situations, and how your symptoms are negatively impacting your daily life and/or relationships.

The answer to this question depends on what you feel will work for you. Many people choose to come weekly, or bi-weekly, and continue for at least a few months. They may feel stabilized for a period of time afterward, and then decide to re-start sessions due to a significant event or decision to work on other areas in life. It’s important to know that therapy can have a life changing impact, but change can take time.

what you will get during sessions

Are you so sick of being unhappy you're ready for change? We will use this discomfort as your catalyst for growth.

I will genuinely listen to you without judgement, asking questions to help you increase awareness and understanding, setting goals to help you achieve the changes you are seeking.

I will guide and encourage you to grow toward these goals with each session through learning and practicing new skills, while strengthening the healthy skills you already have.

I will help you hold yourself accountable to honor the life you are building, and ensure the changes are aligned.

I believe you have the resilience to build the life you want.
